Thank you, Grandpa F!

A couple of weeks ago I told my Dad that I would like to put a sand box in my backyard, and I haven't really thought much about it since. My Dad showed up today with wood and sand. He made my kids the happiest kids in the valley. Mackay just layed in it and rolled around, Jaelyn did sand angels. After every body part was covered with sand we got out the buckets, shovels and heavy equiptment. Thanks Dad and Grandpa!!

Happy 4th!!!

We have had a fun 4th of July weekend. We started off by watching the Logan Fireworks with Grandpa & Grandma Frank (we don't have pics b/c my old digital camera, that we have been using since our wave running episode, is on the fritz). Grandma made caramel popcorn - yum!
We went to the Hyrum Parade on the 4th. We love candy, but most of all, we love fighting for candy with people we don't even know. I prefer the parades at Disneyland just because they don't throw candy.

When we got home from the parade, we wanted to cool down. Rog thought this would be fun, and it was. We all had a turn.
We watched a spectacular firework show at Grandpa and Grandma Roundy's that night. Then we slept over in the bunks in Grandpa's barn. Jaelyn has always wanted to camp out in the bunk houses, so we thought it would be a good night to do it. It was fun.

On Saturday, we hit Hyrum Dam. We had fun with the Roundy clan. Mackay loves the squirt gun, and so does Uncle Pat.

This is Tate (Betsy's little guy) with
Grandma Roundy and Mackay, and of course our 'mud monster', Jaelyn.
